Starting a business can be difficult. Its a lengthy process and having a good plan can serve you right. Learning from those before us is a great way to avoid those unknowns and/or mistakes without the burden of tremendous failure. This week we will look at a book that was written to discuss your initial plan and if it needs some: Rework.
This book was created by Jason Fried & David H. Hansson, the team that has created the successful software company 37Signals in Chicago. They both share years of insight on business and life and help you get back to the basics. Providing info on personal experiences, some examples of these concepts include: hiring people, finding investors or bootstrapping and even the validation of an idea. After reading this piece of work, you may begin to question your own merit and business approach leading you to possibly Rework your plan.
